Translate and adapt edit not updating on site

Hi!

Can anyone explain to me why my web-site is not updating the edits that I am making in translate and adapt? My default language is french, but I am manually updating and adjusting the English text in the app. I save it as well, but the web-site is not updating the changes.

Thankful for any help and push in the right direction!
