I’ve been trying to upload a png picture for a collection and for some reason it sometimes works but other times it chooses not to. I’ve tried a couple of solutions I found here, but I need help to get them to work. The link to the store is: menagedevotion.com

The image you shared already have a white background.
That white background was set by shopify after uploading it. I tried reuploading it a million times with no success. I will upload the same picture here as well. The picture I posted was a screenshot from the webpage
