Hello. How can make my header from one theme the same as the header in another theme. I would like it to be transparent and overlap an image.

You will need to add some css, i believe that will do it nothing too fancy
I see you have done it but I just realised one thing since the header is transparent and you are showing that on scroll it looks bad
Try giving a bg colour to the header on scroll
