Transparent Header, on Video background For New Dawn Theme version 15.0.0

Take a look at the website of Represent (https://eu.representclo.com/), they have this very unique header for their website. I want to implement this onto my website. However When the new Dawn version Released (15.0.0) I couldn’t seem to find out how to implement this design. Please if anyone can help reach out to us as soon as possible. Thank you!
