I want to take my customers from the previous store to the new one but when i press export customers the file is not downloadable, how can i did that

Hey @Sihl , I understand your situation that you want to export the customer record but you’re unable to see the excel file being downloaded.
Please note that when you export the customer records you’ll see a window like this
When you click on the export customers, Shopify will send the CSV file via Email to your provided Email. Please check your mail box and let me know if you find the exported file.
