Travel agent needs a store front that supports processing of customer deposits

Hi,

I am new to shopify, I have a customer who wants to get online and currently they are processing customer deposits for various trips and then by phone completing the order. Moving online the ability of the store front to handle customer deposits is required.

Supported with shopify?
