We are facing an issue, and it started happening last Friday
All of the pages works normally, except for the pages that use an alternate template (URL containing ?view=alternate_template_name)
if you search the source code on a regular page (ie: /cart) you can find the Trekkie script called from the {{content_for_header}} tag.
but if you access an alternate template page (ie: /cart?view=v2) the Trekkie script is not there, which means no pixel code is being fired, so we cannot track any event on those pages.
From Shopify support, we had no response and they claim to be outside their scope of support (I think Trekkie is part of Shopify and cannot be disabled, so is not something we have done)
any thoughts on what can be the problem?
