Trendsi returns policy

Hello, I have some questions about Trendsi’s international returns policy. Could you please clarify the process for customers outside the US who need to return items due to defects or a change of mind? I’m also curious if there are any plans to update this policy. Thanks so much.

Yes at the moment Trendsi only offers 7 day FREE Return to sellers who ship to the US. We are planning to extend the current return window to longer time but at a cost if sellers are interested (i.e. membership service)

For international sellers who sell to non-US destinations, unfortunately right now we don’t offer return. However, if there is a quality issue or product defects, we will make it right for you to refund the product cost after we verify the issue. No need to return in those cases.
