We run a apparel and customization business and after we got setup, listings was updated on Google, same as the website mapping in searches. As soon as I tried to run the first campaign, we got blocked for misrepresentation. How to resolve this as google would only provide a link with no detailed explination as of why and we have tried everything.

There are many reasons why your account is suspended, while Google may suspend you for 1 reason when you request a review they check for all possible reasons.
If you are offering personalization, make sure this is offered optionally only. Because only personalized products, are not allowed on Google, and the reason is that all items must be stocked, reference: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127#:~:text=Unavailable%20promotions
What reasons, specifically in your case, are different from one business owner to another. What works for you may not work for someone else.
So I can’t say what your specific reason is, as that requires a deep analysis. Even with my analysis, I will not know what the particular reason is, therefor I always check for all issues, and tell you to fix all issues I find.
