How do I trigger an email when a customer installs my app?

To send an email when a customer installs your Shopify app, you’ll need to set up Shopify’s Webhooks and configure a webhook for the app event to monitor when your app is installed or uninstalled.
Afterward, enter the URL of your email platform’s endpoint where the webhook will be sent to trigger your email.
