I created a Shopify store yesterday and I’m having a lot of trouble navigating not only my site, but even just logging into Shopify. I’ve tried multiple browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and others — but I encounter the same issues on all of them.

Strangely, I have no problems when using my phone. The issue seems to be specific to Shopify and may be on your end. I’ve already cleared my cache, restarted my computer, and tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, but nothing works.

I had installed a custom domain but removed it to see if that was the cause — no change. I’m currently using the Studio theme, and I’ve also tested a few others, but none of them function properly. I haven’t added any custom code.

I’ve always appreciated Shopify and would love to continue supporting your platform — especially since you’re a Canadian company — but these bugs are preventing me from building my store.

It doesn’t seem to be an issue with my store specifically — it appears to be a broader issue with Shopify.
I’m not just having trouble logging into my own store; I’m also experiencing significant issues accessing the main Shopify site itself. The theme store is very slow to load, free images won’t appear, and I can’t access the help forum properly either.

I finally solved my problem. I asked ChatGPT, and it suggested I disable or uninstall my Avast antivirus — and it worked! I can finally browse Shopify normally again.
