I’ve been having issues rotating API credentials and could use some help. I have followed the directions specified on the Rotate or revoke API credentials page (https://shopify.dev/apps/auth/oauth/rotate-revoke-api-credentials), as well as topics regarding this error in the forums, but the requests to update the access tokens are returning the error ****This request requires an active access_token unless the store has been used recently. I’ve double checked to make sure the app is set to use offline access tokens that shouldn’t expire.
At this point I can only confirm a few stores that have been successfully updated, two of which were test stores I was able to switch over after using the app. For all the other stores I continue to get the same access token error. This is concerning because I know for a fact a number of other stores are actively using the app, and my inability to reliably update their tokens will mean an interruption of service. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
