I am getting an error in the process of setting up my Facebook and Instagram shopping. It says "Your website can’t be used (website) is already being used by another business. If you think there’s been a mistake, you can request another review.
The shop is created, and it says products are synced, but I do not understand as I don’t see how anyone else could be using my website but me.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Is there a fix? I have tried to request review but I get an error message when I do that .
Hi, No it isn’t. I Had it set up before and my Facebook account was hacked, and my billing info used to run ads. That account was blocked (my personal account) by support and I had to remove all my info, and haven’t used that account since, that was a little over a year ago. I recently hired someone to manage my social media and added them as business manager, which I figured is easier to have an agency do than put myself at risk again. They have been trying to setup all the shopify integrations again. Could that be the issue?
No I didn’t create a new page. But they disconnected my account and added the agency as the business manager (I believe they did at least, I’m not very knowledgeable on meta business, hence morw reason to get a professional to do it) does my old page need to be removed completely? I can still access to it from my old Facebook account. I just checked.
