I set up shipping for the US, but I am having trouble “Activating” international Shipping Because I only want to ship to one international country; Canada. When I try to activate the market, The “active” button is grayed out and the following message is displayed. “This market can’t be activated because 26 countries/regions are missing shipping rates…” But I don’t want to ship to those other countries or regions. Am I doing this wrong? I only want to ship to the US and Canada. US Shipping will be Free, while Canada is calculated… Anyone able to help get me squared away?

To activate a Market, the country or countries configured in that Market should have a shipping method enabled in the Shopify Shipping Zone settings.
Please create a Market for Canada alone in the Shopify Markets. Once done, go to Shopify shipping profiles > General > Shipping Zones, and create a zone explicitly for Canada. Then, add the flat rate or carrier rates as per your needs. I have attached a few images that might help you.
