Trouble to connect shopify to facebook manager (Installing Pixel)

Hello Everyone,

I’m trying to connect my facebook manager to my shopify account. Since A week it is not working. This is my first time doing this. I’m stuck at this point since monday. I dont know if I have to delete the shopify ID From my business facebook account or delete the facebook business manager it self. I don’t know if someone can helps me with this. I just want to resolve this and go forward with my shop.

As I just opened my facebook manager account. I only have one ad account. That the max Im allow to. So even when I delete my only one I cant add a new one. It doesnt really delete just deactivate it. So rn I cant add another ad account
