hi, i seem to be having trouble uploading 4-6 sec. product videos to the new product page. the format of the video was .mov. did a bit of research and all suggestions point towards mp4 format. i changed the video to mp4 but it still wouldn’t upload. i then went to the media file page and was able to upload both formats to this page no problem. i thought great…finally. but…to my surprise there is no way to utilize that file and create a new product from that uploaded file page. it seems the file page is just inventory of images and the only option i can see is to delete file. my question is why am i able to upload to the file page but am not able to utilize it? why am i able to upload to the file page and not the product page? thanks
