Hi there, I am trying to set up Clearpay on our online store but I can’t seem to complete the integration. I completed the compliance process but I’m now unable to add Clearpay as a payment method. Clearpay technical helpdesk said I need to contact a third-party app provider to help?
I am stuck in the below loop, and so on and so forth. Could anyone advise what to do? Thanks in advance!

In order to do the requested changes requires to do the custom code in your theme file.
Could you please share the 4 digits collab code along with the store url in the p/m so that I can take a look and make the requested changes.

You can check if clearpay payment provider is being added or not, it may be the case that you are just configuring the clearpay account and not adding the payment method in Settings → Payments
If still doesn’t work, you can reach their support and ask specific document related to integrating it with shopify
