I’ve already set up my pixels to my Shopify (I completed the connection process and now have Facebook under my sales channel. I also connected my Pixel). I have a green dot next to my Pixel showing that it is in fact active. But under Data Sources all of my pixels I’ve tried to create have a red triangle on them (Link to picture). The original one I made is connected and everything. I can see the data on who visited my website and everything. But for some reason, it’s still marked with the red triangle.
As you can see in this picture, everything is in working order; I can see how many people visited my website, etc. But it still has a red triangle on the top left (PICTURE). I can’t post an Ad through Facebook without FIRST creating an Aggregated Event Measurement protocol. Which I can’t make because when I try to it gives me this error (Link to picture) Which I assume is because it has the red triangle error. Any ideas on how to fix? Did I do something wrong on Shopify? Should I add the code manually instead of doing the partner integration?
