Trouble with formatting image banner for desktop and mobile

Hello,

I have the Taste theme and I managed to code a different desktop banner image than the mobile image, the only issue is that now my mobile image is being cropped to the same size as the desktop one. Also, the desktop image is super blurry now. Any coding suggestions?
