Hi! For some reason when customers fill out customization information on my products, it is not showing when they checkout. Can someone please help me with this?

You mention not showing on checkout but you’re showing a Cart image, which is the correct issue here?
@JHKCreate Its showing the item in the cart but not the other customizations the customer filled out. For example, it’s not showing the word/phrase, font number, font color or image she uploaded. It’s only showing the color of the headband at checkout.
It won’t usually show in cart, in would show only on checkout once the process is started.
