Trouble with lazy loading on single section

Hi,

I need to make 2 changes to the second block on my homepage - the tab section displaying products under the heading “Your New Friends”…

1. I need to disable lazy loading for the images within it. As you would expect when the page loads, this tab block starts as a jumble of text followed by images randomly popping up. NOTE: I only want to disable lazy loading for this tab block.

2. The final tab (“SHOP ALL”), needs a link to a collection added, so that when people click it, they go straight to the collection. The ‘shop all’ tab is supposed to be empty (of products) - I only want it to act as a link (where the other tabs are to display products)

Basically, Im looking for the coding that will solve these 2 issues. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
