I have started the process with Adrian Morrison for an upgraded store, that is supposed to have 20 products added to it, with the premium theme. When I got to that part of the steps, it didn’t add anything to my store and didn’t give me a premium theme. I have been talking back and forth for a week now, with what I assume is AI, through their “support” email and getting nowhere. Getting the same responses over and over. Only get a response after 4 days, even though I reply immediately. I paid $97 and can’t get this straightened out. Can anyone help me? I’ve gone through the steps time and time again, and it says it upgraded my store, but it didn’t. Beyond frustrated at this point

StacyOs I was suckered also, paying for Adrian’s “team” to build the first website and then get 2 niche websites. He is a devil in disguise and I truly hope he gets what he deserves!!! I have been trying to get answers from his “support” team support@accessadrian.com. Not helpful and he has a fake number (866) 227-0975 that tells you to go to the support… He offers or said in the video that I was suckered into that he offers a 30 day return if you want it. I am going to try to get my money back.

With that I don’t feel like Shopify is easy to setup up. :disappointed_face:

Hi Stacy, did you ever get this resolved? I went through the process last night but stopped at the $97 upsell. Doing research now to see what others experienced.

Having the same problem. Hope they refund my money as requested otherwise I will have my bank go after him

Yes, I did get my money back. I think it was through the support email

This guy is a rip off and Shopify should be ashamed to be lined up with him. I too tried to take a shortcut and use his service and it wasn’t useful at all. It has been nothing but trouble from the beginning and my cc has been declining the charges coming from his scam because I lock my card for reasons just like this. Shopify, really needs to remove there “partnership” with this guy or give him a cease and desist!

This man is a vile, scumbag he scams hundreds of people out of money daily is being investigated by 4 countries fraud departments and shopify still have not taken him down.

He posts videos nearly daily living the high life and pretends he promotes wellness while all his money comes from scamming genuine people.

I’ve asked for a refund but I have had no replies apart from a generic email reply asking me to sign up and purchase even more crap.

He’s greedy, vile and narassistic he needs to be put in jail for a very very very long time and all of his assets taken and frozen, now!!!

It seems we have also today been scammed by this $97 offer, which has just generated a free theme website on shopify with 20 products.. I have emailed numerous times, with no response.

How do I get my store built with the AI… I had to restart with registration… im all registered now…

I just get my store done by Adrian Morrison. But not what it promised on those online trending videos. “ policy pages, terms and conditions page “ not at all . They added those 20 products with price and everything but I had to keep my store offline since I can’t figure out who’s the supplier of those products, it is the price showing in my store included my % profit, what about the shipping, return and refund policy for this supplier…try to contact the Morison company they could give me a answer…it’s a complete nightmare

I too was suckered into the same thing. I ended building my own from a template. I hope Shopify no longer supports this person. He is promising things and not delivering. He is a FRAUD. FYI, my store looks 10x better than the one they built. I am not even a website builder. But I owe it to the Shopify help!

i Had the same Issue as well, tried reaching another one, I trusted Adrian because i thought i could trust Shopify i am done with E-COM forever untill i understand everything, E-COM just feels like a Maze of never ending Networks. that dude Morrison Promises one thing in his first video introduction that he is going to do this and that, then just Guides people through a maze of links where he just tries to get you to pay more and more, it deviates from the orginal step by step links like he promised then your confused as to where you left off, you go into your shopify account following the link just to be met with an undone store. first it was “ill build you a store from top to bottom step by step, you get to the other link and its-like " me and my team will build you this store step by step will do it all for you for just $150” like what? shopify needs to hire more people that are willing to actually sit down 1 on 1 with someone and show them how to handle their store and sales, for each person willing to open a store, make money from all store merchants that open up a store, that way people make money and they actually learn something.
