I have made attempts to contact Shopify Plus team on behalf of my client to get a few answers to questions which we could not find in any Shopify resources.
After three attempts and waiting 45 minutes on each meeting in total I am resigned. I wrote an e-mail to the person that was supposed to be our consultant during these three meetings and still got no answer after two days.
This is very discouraging for me and also my client who is growing rapidly and was really keen to choose Shopify.
Having to explain to them that Shopify representative didn’t show up numerous times on a scheduled meeting was kind of embarrassing and not a good outlook on how future support and contact might look like.
Has anyone else had this problem or is it like an odd chance that this happened? I am still willing to set a meeting up but this would be the last time before I will offer a different solution to my client.
