Trustpilot Widget not appearing correctly on my website

Website: www.remmyautowerkz.com

Hello everyone, need some dire help please. Trustpilot Support wasn’t really much of a help. So I’m currently on the free plan and I added the free widget centered in my homepage. However, upon going into the live website, it only shows the word “Trustpilot” on the left. Is there any way to fix this? I’ve attached screenshots below to clarify what I mean.

Thank you in advance!

Thanks for the suggestion. It doesn’t appear to work, unfortunately..

Here’s the code that I pasted above the

.trustpilot-widget { display: none; }

Because the code i can see it is added and working properly by hide the trustpilot word on the header

@PageFly-Richard , I wanted the Trustpilot sticker/widget with the colorful border showing instead of just the word “Trustpilot”.

Where you want it to show? because i can see it is showing twice on the header if the code above is disabled

@PageFly-Richard , I would like it to be centered on top of the page under the Search bar please. See below of what it should look like.

With this, you can replace the code you added before with this new one :

@mace7881

I’m delighted to assist you. I recently checked out your store and was really impressed by the different kinds of products you have. From my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to offer some suggestions to help you get more engagement & increase sales:

1. Add favicon to your store

Adding a small, unique icon (favicon) to your store’s website will help make your store stand out and be easily remembered by customers.

2. Improving the visibility of your hero banner content

Adjusting the contrast: Increasing the contrast between the content and the background will make it stand out.

And these buttons’ colors are not so eye-catching because it is the same color as the other text, you can try another color for it.

Also on the announcement bar, you can consider to change the background color to make it more highlighted the content inside:

3. Avoid blank space on the page

Please review the spacing here and consider incorporating additional product details within this area. Subsequently, the ‘View All’ button could be relocated to the bottom of the section.

4. Check currency selector

I noticed that you offer currency options here, but it seems impossible to change to Canadian dollars:

I hope my suggestions will provide you with valuable insights.

Wishing you a joyful and loving Christmas season. Merry Christmas !!!
