Hello,

we wish to implement a try at home system on our shop. It would work like this:

  • Customer selects 1 to 3 items on the shop and gets them shipped to their home.

  • No credit card charge is made, however funds are locked in case the customer decides to keep one ore more items or doesn’t return them.

  • If the customer decides not to buy the locked funds are released.

Basically a similar system used by hotels when you check in and they put an amount on hold for extras.

Is there an App or a payment system that allows that?
