Trying to add a 2nd blog in Prestige but it won't take

I have one blog posted but when I try to add a second it won’t publish. It looks like it says it’s published but it isn’t. I used to have 3 blogs posted so I know it’s possible but maybe it won’t do just 2?

Thanks Richard, I did that but it doesn’t show up. I think only one shows up at a time… and I have to toggle which one it is. I could swear there used to be 3 there. Both of my blogs show they are visible but only one is visible on the page.
