Trying to close my account but my payments wont transfer

I have had this site for 2 years now and stop using shortly after i set it up so i’ve been paying $29 a month plus $15 a year for a site i dont use. There is a balance on the site but my bank info has change i’ve message shopify and they keep asking me for info but they keep keep asking for the same stuff what do i do here. and i forgot how i even got to the chat shopifty disabled phone support and there “24/7 help center” to chat with someone is hard to find on there site it just sends you in circles.

  1. Head to this link and click on Contact Support.

  2. You will need to login and select the store in question (if you have more than one store).

  3. On the Contact Support page, you’ll need to search for the topic you’re needing help with - this will load a range of help guides and resources to help you.

  4. If none of the resources provided are helpful to you, scroll down the page to the bottom and click on Continue.

  5. You can then click on any of the contact options and you’ll soon be connected with a Support Advisor.
