Backstory
My review app provider (Loox) released a new “Trust Badge”. See below…
I tinkered about with it, and I actually quite like the idea. The only problem is, for some strange reason, they have decided to keep their branding on it - even for paying customers.
See my section after a little customisation:
So in essence I’m trying to recreate this as a small custom section within the theme editor.
The “4.8/5” comes from the the Loox app.
The “526” also comes from the Loox app.
These numbers will need to update based off the information generated by our review app.
The “happy customers” is just text, but I need to be able to translate this text.
The stars are just small image icons.
On the data/numbers which comes from the Loox app - There are metafields for my store - which have been created without definitions which relate to both of these numbers.
How would I go about creating a custom section like this?
I have attached an example image showing without the branding
The images show the section in full width but it would be good to have the option to generate the box/block in different sizes and also change background & text colours.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated
