Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some troubles connecting with us and would be happy to provide some assistance. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you currently receiving an error when attempting to connect with us?
To connect with our support team, you can follow the steps outlined below:

Head over to our Help Center.

In the virtual assistance chat box, please type I can’t log in.

This will populate a few resources, where you can wait a few moments until you see the I still need help option.

Click Account Support.

Scroll down until you see the option to chat with an advisor.
This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, as we wouldn’t have access to any account-specific information through the Community. They will then be able to investigate any issues that you may be having to ensure they get resolved as quickly as possible.
