Since December I am trying to approve my annual billing for. Shopify but everytime transaction is being declined as it is above 75k.
Earlier I was using same credit card for my payments in INR they all went through as they were around 10k but this is one is having consistent issue. I even gave consent numerous times through my bank page contacted them they said issue is with Razorpay. Now its January already but no change and keep receiving emails for store being frozen . I tried using UPI but same issue plus visa , Mastercard all tried as payment is not going through Razorpay.Bank also said same as I am already paying my other bills using same methods but no issue found.
Second I contacted support they said issue will be resolved soon but no updates. It is such a helpless situation and no manual payment option is available , I am ready to pay in USD too through PayPal or do bank transfer etc but still there is no help or I also suggested them to break payment in parts now to let it go through so that I can at least be at peace for now until this issue resolves. PLEASE HELP , this is very concerning issue.
