Hi, I am currently trying to create shipping labels for my product and when I go into the “calculate shipping” tab to start the process I am unable to select any destination in “ship from”.
If anyone has any help regarding this it would be very much appreciated

The ShipFrom address refers to the source location where the product is being shipped from, not the destination. This is typically the address where the product is stocked. You can update this address in Shopify settings under the Locations page.
The destination address is the address provided by the customer during checkout. If the order was created from checkout, the address will be automatically available. However, if the order was created manually from the Shopify order page, you can update the destination address within the Order Summary page, on the right side, under the Shipping Address section. Once the destination address is updated, you can proceed to create the shipping labels.
