Trying to purchase theme error ‘There’s no page at this address’ keeps coming up after I approve payment

I first ask that you complete some local troubleshooting steps. You can clear your cache and cookies and/or use an incognito window to try and purchase the theme. If after trying these methods you still run into an issue, you can get in touch with our live Support team so we can check on your account. When it comes to reaching out to our live Support line, I’ll provide some steps here to make it easier.
- Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
- Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
- Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
- Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options
