If anyone can help me… I so appreciate you!
I would like to restore my 2 deactivated Shopify Stores. My problem is, I no longer have access to the email that Shopify needs to send a reactivation code to.
I have read several several forum posts (dated 2021 and 2022) about similar situations.
I have followed the solutions that Shopify staff gave to resolve the issue… I’ve clicked on the links that Shopify staff suggests, and also the suggested Shopify Help Center Topics. According to the staff after following their advice, I would be able to receive help by making a support request or clicking on “get support”. However, I just am not having any luck still.
I receive “try again later” messages or “log in” (which I can’t). If I click on “get support” I am routed back to “search a topic”. I am wondering if the suggested solutions by Shopify are outdated, since the posted questions from the community members aren’t recent?
I feel that I’m in a big spinning circle and can’t get out of it.
I really want to open my stores again…So, if anyone can help Thank YOU so very much!!
