Hi Everyone,

I am facing a weird issue. My team manager invited me (through email) to manage a store. But when I clicked on it and tried to sign up. It gives this error.

So here are the details: I click on the invitation link. It takes me to the Shopify page. I enter my email, and then it asks for authentication.

I didn’t set up any authentication app or anything like that. I am trying to sign up, but can’t as no matter what I do, it brings me to this step.

And I am stuck at this step.

I have tried different browsers, tried clearing cache and deleting cookies, and even tried using a VPN. But nothing has worked so far.

Can anyone help? I tried to contact the support, but had no luck. I was able to chat with AI, that have no idea, just keeps repeating the same things. I have no idea how to solve this or how to reach support.

Hey @waqas47,
Usually the 6 digit code sent to the account where you got access. Try to ask him for a 6 digits code who invite you for the partner account.
If you still facing issue then try to use the recovery code that you might save or download it while creating the shopify partner account.
