And it did not delete it. Any help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with removing the "Powered by Shopify" text from your shop, to get this resolved. To provide some context, this adjustment will need to be completed within the theme’s language settings. It can be achieved by:
- Heading to Online Store > Theme, from the Shopify admin.
- Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Actions > Edit languages.
- In the Search translations box, do either of the following:
- If this is the first time that you change this text, then enter powered in the search box.
- If you changed this text previously, navigate directly to the “Powered by Shopify” message by clicking …, and then select Checkout & System. The “Powered by Shopify” message is in the Links section of Checkout & System.
- In the Powered by Shopify box, use the space bar on your keyboard to type a single space. You can repeat these steps for the Powered by Shopify HTML box, which appears on your store’s Opening soon page if your store is password-protected.
- Click Save.
If after completing those steps, you’re still seeing "Powered by Shopify" within the theme’s footer, please try clearing your browser’s Cache and Cookies as well as viewing the shop from an Incognito Tab. If the troubleshooting steps noted above were unsuccessful, please feel free to Contact Support to allow us to investigate further.
