Trying to upload my favicon so it shows on all browsers / devices... help please...

Good Afternoon

I am desperately trying to upload a favicon to be viewable on all browsers / devices. I have downloaded all the favicon files. It is now asking me to extract the package into the root of my website and insert the code into the head section of pages. I am not particularly tech savvy so just wondering if anybody can shed some light on this and help me with how to have this done successfully please?

I appreciate that you have included your online store URL as that is very helpful! When I access your store, I do see that you have successfully added the favicon to the online store as it is displaying on the tab of the browser. Are you noticing any specific browsers that are not displaying your favicon? If so, could you let us know which one, as this context will allow us to assist you better in this situation.

In order to add your favicon to have it displayed on all browsers and devices that are compatible, you will need to navigate to the Theme Editor. Once there, you can select on the Theme Settings to see the option to add your favicon to your online store. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Thank you for your response, much appreciated. I followed your steps and added the favicon image in theme settings and it does show up on chrome when using my mac.

As you can see on my below screenshot however, when looking on a favicon checker, the favicon isnt showing on any other browsers or devices.. is there something I can do to rectify this?

It does look that you have set up your favicon on your online store successfully and it looks great! When it comes to using a third-party website to see which browsers and devices the favicon is displaying is not something I can look further into. The reason for this is because the favicon checker website is not developed by Shopify and I do not have access to confirm the accuracy of the test that has been completed.

In this case, I would suggest attempting to access your store on multiple browsers to see that the favicon is successfully displaying. I have tested your online store using Safari, Google Chrome and Edge on both desktop and mobile device to see the favicon has been added.
