Trying to Whitelist IP address... our clerk keeps getting IP address blacklisted...

Our clerk submitting customer orders keeps getting IP address blacklisted because the shipping/billing address is in a different part of the USA than her IP address.

How do we either:

a. whitelist her IP address (we’ll, more than one… she works from an office, then also from her home)

b. disable the Fraud Analysis for this sort of situation
