Hi, can someone help me with turning my digital products (online courses) which are automatically fulfilled by Thinkific app, into physical products (I want to offer my students the opportunity of gaining a hard copy of their certifications), by posting the student a hard copy of their professional certificates, following successful completion of their online course? Not having physical product prevents me from having Google merchant account, FaceBook shop, Instagram commerce etc. Kind regards.
Hi Richard,
If I am not mistaken that should be a simple matter of going to the product/ product variant and selecting physical product.
However, I am not familiar with your thinkific app so you might want to check with the developers to make sure that it still works as expected.

Thank you for your response, however it’s a little more complicated as I need to have SKU’s or GTIN’s etc + shipping details, plus a category in Google, which at the moment I don’t have as my products are online courses which come under digital goods, hence I violate policies. I was thinking of duplicating the product and adding an option of sending them a hard copy of their certificates, just need to work out the best way as I still need to use the Thinkific app so the student is enrolled correctly and certificates are only sent when a student completes their course. At the moment, they receive an email on completion and I email their certificates via pdf’s, which works a dream, but I can’t use certain marketing platforms like FaceBook shop, Instagram commerce and of course Google Merchant Account.
But I’ll work it out!
