Is there a way to turn off tracking within the shop app? I have an app for tracking which hides the courier and country names from my manufacturer and only shows the last mile tracking once it has arrived local. However, with the shop app, if a customer puts their email or already has an account, they can see the full tracking details. I have disabled shop from the email but I am conscious if someone already has a shop account and then sees the full journey.
Appreciate I can just use the last mile tracking, however, I would like the customer to see their order moving and progressing, as opposed to no updates until it reaches last mile.
Any suggestions/ advice/ solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Shop App tracking is based on Shopify order and fulfillment information, so there is not a direct setting to deactivate tracking visibility completely while keeping Shop enabled. A convenient trick around is to use a custom tracking URL linking to your own masked tracking page rather than the native carrier scans. Or fulfill orders later in stages, so local tracking (only) is added as it becomes available. If supplier privacy is a concern, many merchants utilize branded tracking portals and decide what information is included in fulfillment notifications.

I feel I may just have to use local tracking regardless, to avoid the possibility of the supplier tracking showing up. Thank you for your advice.
