Hey guys for the PoS User in Switzerland. Do you also have the same struggle as me with Twint? Its just not flawless and you need to redirect the users to scanning it as a normal QR Code because the Twint App is not recognizing the Shopify QR Code.
Anyone has the same problem?

Yes, Twint is not always consistent with Shopify QR codes. The easiest fix is to tell customers to scan it as a regular QR code in the Twint app instead. You might also want to experiment with bigger, high contrast QR codes, or a custom Twint QR generated by you outside Shopify for a jazzy checkout.

Hey, @ArnaudB everything is working pretty good with the PoS. Just twint needs to be explained for every transaction

No thats not possible and shopify seems not to care alot about that im complaining like 4 months already
Ok good to know. I will switch to Shopify POS Payments in a few weeks. As soon as I have it I will make sure to contact them as well. The more, the merrier!
