A store owner using the Impulse theme changed the Twitter icon to the new “X” in most places (desktop header, mobile/desktop footer, and social sharing) by editing SVGs in the social-icons and social-sharing snippets, but the mobile navigation icon still showed the old bird.

A later reply provided visual guidance with screenshots showing where to update the Twitter logo specific to the mobile navigation. While the code snippet itself wasn’t detailed in text, the images were central to the fix.
Outcome: After following the guidance, the mobile navigation icon was successfully updated to “X,” achieving consistency across the site. The issue is resolved; no further action items or open questions remain.
Hi,
I managed to change the twitter icon from the bird to “X” using an older answer from one of the forums. It changed on my desktop website header, footer for both mobile and desktop, social media sharing icons also changed.
However, the mobile navigation icon is still showing the bird icon. How can I change it so it is consistent with the rest of my website?
I am using the Impulse theme.

@SaraMezher Please look for the icon or icon-twitter file in your theme. you mostly find the scg icons file under snippet folder. and replace the SVG code of twitter icon with latest svg icon code.
I hope you have an idea on theme file and it’s structure.
I have already changed the svg code for both “social-icons” and “social-sharing” files under snippet, which changed the twitter icon everywhere on my website except for the mobile navigation menu. I cannot locate the file for mobile navigation icons and need help with that sadly
