It looks like the first popup you’re seeing is the default cookie banner from Shopify.
You can remove it by following these steps:
In your Shopify admin panel, navigate to Settings > Customer Privacy > Cookie Banner.
Click the More Actions button located at the top left corner, then select Remove Cookie Banner.
Confirm by clicking the Remove button and make sure to save your settings.
Once you’ve removed the unwanted banner, ensure that the 31 recommended countries for GDPR compliance are selected in your settings. If you sell to other regions and want to block Shopify cookies beyond these countries, you can also add more regions based on your target locations.
Regarding the second popup, having a banner alone doesn’t necessarily mean the store is fully compliant with GDPR regulations. If you’d like, feel free to share your store’s URL, and we’d be happy to check its compliance for you.
