Two Factor Authentication Not Receiving Code into my phone

Suddenly I don’t receive Authentication code into my phone number from my Shopify partner account! I have too many Shopify store access into my partner account and I can’t logged in!!

Would you please help me?

That certainly doesn’t sound ideal that you are unable to log in to your Partner account.

It sounds like you cannot log in as you are unable to authenticate via the SMS two-factor authentication code, as you are not receiving the codes to your mobile device.

Have you confirmed that the number where the codes are being sent is correct? It should show you the last 2-digits of the number when it sends the code during log in. Also, is the mobile device itself in good working order with sufficient network coverage, and can send/receive other SMS messages as normal?

By any chance do you have access to the recovery codes for your account? If so, you can use one to login instead of using your mobile device - you would just need to select this option during login and enter the code. Also, did you add any backup authentication methods to your account? You should be able to choose between them if so.

Thank you so much for your reply. I also logged in into my computer browser. That’s why I turned off the authentication option.
