Tydal pop up App, want to move position of box

Hi Guys

Is anyone familiar with Tydal Pop Ups - Email Pop Ups app?

It lets you make changes to the CSS to customize the pop up.

I want to make the modal/box smaller. And the title text smaller if possible.
