UBuy has copied my store

Hey, I noticed that my entire store was reskinned as a store on UBuy. Has anyone had a similar experience? They are charging more than we are for our products.

Please share if you have some insights. Seems to me that I don’t want this. But maybe this an arrangement with Shopify?
