Quick thing to sort first, because “handle my returns” can mean two different things: a returns app that automates the customer side (they request a return, get a prepaid label, you track it), or a 3PL that physically receives and restocks the items in a warehouse. Most people asking this want the app, so I’ll go with that. Return Rev (the one you mentioned) is a real returns app, it leans toward pushing exchanges and store credit over refunds to protect your revenue, so it’s a solid pick if retention matters to you, just check its UK carrier support and pricing before committing.
