I am unable to access my Shopify account because I have lost my two-factor authentication security codes, and the authenticator app was unintentionally uninstalled from my device.
As a result, I am currently locked out of my account and unable to complete the login verification process. I request your assistance in verifying my identity and helping me regain access to my Shopify account as soon as possible.
