I bought a sample pack from an artist this morning and I was sent the download link shortly after. I tried clicking the link but it does not take me to the landing page for me to download the pack. Is this something that you can help with?

I just checked the link to the store you sent. Unfortunately, it looks like the store is not available at this time. In this case, I suggest contacting the seller if possible. Could you check your order confirmation email since you can’t access the store? There should be a contact email address, usually in the footer of the email.
If there are no contact details, it’s always worth checking social media platforms and reaching out to the brand by direct messages.
Finally, if you are not successful at getting a hold of the seller, I recommend that you contact your bank to look into available options to get your funds back. They’ll be able to give you the next steps for reporting and refunding the order if needed.
