Unable to access main account owner admin center

Hello all, I am trying to access the main admin owner control center but I only get an error that says account has not been active for 3 months, The phone number for the 2fa belongs to an old employee no longer with us and that is a pain to have to wait for them to provide code, We do have access to the email account and also have access to the sub account to ship orders. Support is non existent and trying the chat features just gives and unable to connect to chat service. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Open the AI chat window and use the prompt “I can’t login” to finish connecting with our support team without an account. If you are logged into the Help Center through another account, you can use the prompt “Contact Support” instead.
