I am currently on the last 3 days of my month and I am unable to edit my online store. I am trying to change the website details but nothing will load. I would like an extension because I am incapable of editing my website and selling. All of my sales channels are blank when I click on them through my admin.

I’m not sure I fully understand the context, so I just want to clarify a few points:
When you sign up for Shopify you get a 3-day free trial to explore the platform, after which you will need to pick a paid plan in order to keep working on your store and, more importantly, start selling. You cannot start selling until you have paid for a plan.
With this in mind, could you please explain to me what you mean when you say you are “on the last 3 days of my month”? What are you looking to get an extension on?

My billing cycle will charge me again tomorrow and I am unable to access my store’s sales channels, including the store itself. Whenever I click on them, they’re always blank as if there’s nothing to load. I’ve had this problem for about a week and I contacted Shopify support about it. I would like to get an extension on the time I have before my next billing cycle to make up for the lost time which I really need. I’ll be canceling my Shopify subscription until further notice directly after this post because I simply cannot pay $30/40 dollars a month when i can’t edit my sales channels thorough the admin page.

I’m unclear as to what’s happening here. What error messages were you receiving when trying to access your store’s sales channels? Could you access the store admin? The more context you can give me, the better I can help you.
With that said, if you have contacted our Support, you should have a ticket number that you can reply to in order to follow up on the conversation. Our Support team can access your store securely and safely from there and offer more insight into your billing.
